Retreat Fees*

Early Bird Registration for the event is $185 if you register by February 9th, 2018 and $205 if you register after this date. A $60 deposit is required upon registration to reserve your spot and the remainder is to be paid on March 9th, 2018 (no refunds will be issued after this date). FULL PAYMENT BONUS: If you pay the full early bird retreat fee of $185 by February 9th you will receive a special gift from us upon your arrival at the retreat!

    CEWR Payment Options

    The retreat fee is no longer based on a 2 night stay at the River Rock Inn but it is still highly recommended you stay there for best experience (hotel to be paid separately). The retreat fee includes:

    • a fabulous goodie bag with $60 in Stampin’ Up! product from the Regular & upcoming 2018 Occasions catalogue

    • wonderful Make & Takes that you can make using making your goodie bag products

    • space to work on your creative projects, 1 person per table

    • optional classes (for an additional fee)

    • Fantastic Chair Massages by RMT (limited spaces, additional fee)

    • Use of our Stampin’ Up! inks, stamps, punches, Big Shot & dies

    • Raffles for fabulous Stampin’ Up! products, Scavanger Hunt prizes & a FUN Saturday night party!

    • Fun Table Gifts throughout the weekend

    • Access to the ballroom from 4pm Friday April 20th – 12pm Sunday April 22nd

    • FREE Wi-fi

    • Every room (if you stay at the hotel) has a mini-fridge, complimentary coffee & tea, and cable TV

    • 2 breakfasts (only if you stay at the hotel); lunch & dinner on Saturday

    • a candy bar to help the creative juices flowing and some sweet treats throughout the weekend

    Hotel Room

    Standard Room fee at the River Rock Inn is $119 for double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. Each additional person is $10 extra per night (up to a max of 4 people). You will need to call the hotel directly to book your room; tell them you are with the Creative Escape Weekend Retreat for April 20th-22nd to ensure the special Retreat rate. You can call the River Rock Inn at 613-446-6710 to reserve your room.

    Your Goodie Bag

    Upon check in you will receive a goodie bag with products that you will use for your make and takes. This time you will receive products featured in the upcoming 2018 Occasions Catalogue. There will be projects designed and you will use your goodie bag items to create the make and takes if you wish.

    You will be cutting the supplies yourself, so be sure to bring your own paper cutter, adhesives and any other supplies you think you may need. You can work on your make & takes at your own pace over the course of the weekend. You may want to bring some cardstock from home in the same colours in your goodie bag so that you can create similar projects should you wish (the Make & Take supply list will be sent out closer to the date of the retreat).

    Hours of Operation

    You can check in on Friday April 20th any time after 4:00pm. **No one will be allowed into the cropping area until 4:00** Keep in mind that supper Friday night is not included and you may want to pick something up on your way. There are several restaurants in the area – you can eat out or order in. There is no restaurant in the River Rock Inn. *Please note that room check in at the River Rock Inn is at 3pm*

    You will have access to your craft station all weekend until Sunday at 12:00 noon.  The rooms will be open 24 hours a day should you want to stay up late if your creative juices are flowing!

    Extra Classes

    There will be optional classes available for you to sign up for if you would like. Details of the classes will be posted at a later date.

    Crafting Space & Products to borrow / for sale

    Everyone will have a 8ft table to themselves. We will be bringing a large assortment of supplies to share such as the Big Shot and dies, stamp sets, ink and punches.  You can borrow these items for your own projects and return them to the Tool Table when you are done. Please bring your own clear blocks for the stamps. We will also have a variety of card stock and adhesives available for purchase throughout the weekend.

    Raffles, and Other Fun!

    We will have lots of fun products up for raffle all weekend! Tickets will be on sale – 3 for $5, an arms length for $10 or both arms for $20. There will also be other games and contests! We can’t wait!

    Food Allergies

    If you have any life threatening food allergies, please let us know. We do our best to accommodate most, but if you have a specific diet, plan to bring your own snacks and food. There is a fridge in each room for your convenience. More details about the retreat food will be provided closer to the date to enable you to plan accordingly.

    No Soliciting

    Just a reminder that no soliciting of any kind is allowed at the Creative Escape Weekend. Thanks for your understanding of this policy.


    You may bring alcohol with you, but you will have to consume it in your room. No alcohol will be allowed in the cropping area.

    *In the event you can no longer attend the Retreat Weekend you will receive a full refund (minus $20 admin fee) if you cancel before March 9th, 2018. If you cancel 6 weeks prior to the event (March 9th, 2018) no refund will be issued however you will receive the contents of the Goodie Bag.
